Agroblox is sourced and made in Costa Rica. Cane fiber and hemp pressed into panels and blocks, bound with mineral lime, finished in pigmented plaster — a building material that lasts decades and gives carbon back to the ground.

Panels fix to conventional steel or timber studs — no special substructure.

Blocks are laid and cut with the tools a masonry crew already carries.

Every block, panel and plaster is made at our plant in La Fortuna, Costa Rica — where the fiber is close, the lime is local, and production is led by the people who know the material best.

Women-led production

Led from the factory floor.

The La Fortuna plant runs under women-led management — production, quality and dispatch directed by the people closest to the material, not a distant office.

The inputs are agricultural by-products that would otherwise be burned: sugarcane bagasse, pineapple leaf, rice husk. We return them to the building site as walls that store carbon for decades.

Plant fibers and natural mineral binders, transformed locally in Costa Rica into high-performance panels, blocks and plasters. The process uses agricultural by-products that would otherwise be burned, returning them as walls that store carbon for decades.
