01 / In detail

One block, three layers.

The X20 replaces a traditional cinder block plus the sheetrock and insulation that normally follow it. Made from natural fibers, volcanic ash, minerals and water, it will not burn, mold or rot — and it insulates against heat, sound and EMF radiation while regulating indoor humidity.

Blocks are laid with the tools a masonry crew already carries, then closed with Agroblox Rough and Fine plasters. The result is a wall that is lighter, healthier and carbon-negative over its life.

Applications

Exterior and interior under-roof walls · non-load-bearing enclosures · insulation in one step. Not for foundations or contact with earth or standing water.

03 / Installation

Laid like block, closed with lime.

01

Lay the blocks

Laid and cut with standard masonry hand tools — no proprietary fixings, no crane.

02

Tape the seams

Apply 4–6″ plaster tape across joints before plastering.

03

Rough coat

Spray the wall with water, then trowel Agroblox Rough Finish onto the wet substrate.

04

Fine coat

After 2–4 weeks, close with pigmented Fine Finish — color without paint.
